This notice explains what HEVLI asks for in its website enquiry and referral partner forms.
This is a draft notice. HEVLI must add its business contact details, form delivery provider, retention period and lawful basis before accepting live submissions.
What you can submit
The website application asks for your name, business name, contact details, industry, business description, preferred pages and design, domain information and other requirements you choose to share. The affiliate form asks for your name, email and optional website or social channel.
Why HEVLI asks for it
We use application details to review your request, discuss a website proposal and contact you about it. We use affiliate details to review partner applications and contact applicants about the programme.
How forms are handled
Form submissions are validated before delivery. Live delivery requires a configured secure destination; until then, the forms do not accept submissions. We do not collect payment details through these forms.
Sharing and retention
Delivery provider details, any other recipients and the retention period will be stated here before live forms are enabled. We do not claim a retention or deletion period that has not yet been set.
Your choices
You can choose whether to submit optional fields. Before HEVLI starts collecting enquiries, this notice will include a contact method for access, correction and deletion requests.
