Who we are

What we collect

When you submit a discovery-call, demo, or early-access request, we collect your name, business name, email address, optional telephone number, industry, a description of the work you want help with, your preferred contact method, and the type of enquiry.

Why we use it

We use these details to review and respond to your request, contact you using your preferred method, and arrange a discovery call manually. Our lawful basis is our legitimate interests in responding to business enquiries and considering potential work. We do not use the form to create a Workspace account or subscribe you to marketing messages.

How submissions are handled

Form submissions are sent to Netlify Forms and stored in the HEVLI Netlify dashboard, where authorised HEVLI operators can review them. Netlify provides form storage and spam filtering, including a hidden honeypot field. Netlify sends an email notification containing each new verified submission to aberesford074@gmail.com. Netlify may process technical information needed to operate and protect its form service. See Netlify’s privacy statement.

Who we share it with

We use Netlify to receive, store, and notify us about form submissions. Notification messages are delivered to the Gmail address above and may be processed by Google as the email service provider. The website also loads fonts from Google Fonts; when a page uses these fonts, your browser connects to Google and may share technical information such as your IP address. See Google’s privacy information. We do not sell your information.

How long we keep it

Unsuccessful enquiries will be deleted 12 months after they are closed or the last meaningful contact, whichever is later. We will review the Netlify form submissions at least monthly, identify enquiries whose deletion date has arrived, delete them from both verified and spam submissions, and record the review date and completion in a restricted retention log. You can also ask for earlier deletion using the public contact address above.

This website does not use advertising or analytics cookies.
